As the catering partner of the Johan Cruijff ArenA, Hutten Business Catering provides a customer portal for skybox users to easily submit their catering preferences. To enhance customer satisfaction, Hutten aimed to further optimize the portal. One crucial requirement was to process orders directly within the application and automatically link them to the necessary procurement forms. This way, Hutten's customers could have visibility into their orders and invoices through the portal.

The solution

Hutten collaborated with House of low-code to revamp the customer portal and ordering process. Leveraging the power of the Novulo low-code platform, we built the new application in just two weeks. The enhancements implemented by House of low-code enable skybox users to place orders anytime, anywhere using their mobile devices. Additionally, the application promotes cross-selling by presenting offers for accompanying snacks and dishes.

The Johan Cruijff ArenA houses a variety of exclusive restaurants, sky lounges, and skyboxes, offering VIP and business catering services during football matches and events. Hutten and the Johan Cruijff ArenA have set a goal to achieve fully CO²-neutral VIP catering by 2024. Their plan includes the elimination of non-reusable packaging, the reuse of residual products, and waste reduction. The customer portal plays a significant role in supporting these sustainability efforts.
