Fetim specializes in the development and production of innovative home improvement products, including flooring, sanitary ware, and window decorations. With thousands of products being delivered to customers daily, a significant number of returns are received. However, the returns processing system was inefficient, requiring manual tracking across multiple systems. This resulted in difficulties and delays, leading to frustration among customer service staff and dissatisfied customers.

The solution

Using the low-code platform Betty Blocks, House of low-code developed an application that simplifies the returns process. Fetim employees can now efficiently process return requests through intuitive question sequences. The application automatically generates instructions for reimbursements and goods pick-up in the designated systems. Additionally, real-time status updates are readily available on a dashboard, enabling effective monitoring and control of the process.

Our approach
